We would like to inform you that we are unable to guide you with the Service centre complains since for now we do not sell our devices in your region through our Global Official Website in your region and do not have information on service centres in your region. If your device is still not turning on then, please follow the below mentioned steps and check:
I would request you to press the power button for 15-20 sec and charge the device for at least 30 minutes, also try to charge with different standard (5V2A) charger. If the device turns on, then request you to kindly perform the below mentioned troubleshooting steps:
Sign Out from your Mi Account : -
- Go to Settings
- Select Mi Account
- Then confirm to Sign Out
Create a Backup : -
- Go to Settings
- Select Additional Settings
- Select Backup and Reset
- Select Local Backups
- Select Backup
- Select Accounts and Contacts & Deselect System
- Then select Backup so that a Backup file could be created
For Finding Backup File:-
- Go to Internal Storage
- Select MIUI
- Select Backup
- Select All Backup
(Note:- Please save the backup file on your PC/ Laptop, so that your important data would be prevented)
Factory Data Reset :-
- Go to Settings
- Select Additional Settings
- Select Backup and Reset
- Tap on Factory Data Reset
MIUI Update:-
- Go to the mentioned link:

- Click on Downloads
- Select your device
- Select device name>Global (If you are using Chinese Version then would request you to select "China")
- Select 'Download Full ROM'. (Stable ROM)
- Now after downloading Zip file, copy this file in the internal storage of your device in a folder named downloaded_rom which exists in File Explorer (If the particular folder is not there in internal storage of your device, then please create a new folder with the same name)
- Then go into Tools >> Updater
- Tap on '...' icon at the top right side/ long press menu button
- Choose update package
- Select the download package
- Click on OK
Restoring Data:-
- Go to Settings
- Select Additional Settings
- Select Backup and Reset
- Select Local Backups
- Select Backup File
- Select Restore in order to complete this process
