Yardım Xioami A2 lite android 10 problem

I have installed Xiaomi A2 lite android 10
My phone got problems and got harmed because of it
After the update the phone battery started to drain so fast
Before the update i had android 9 and the battery was lasting longer
In the past it would take the phone to be fully charged maximum two hours but now it would take 9 or 10 hours
Also the network got affected
Can you help me as xioami user for fixing this problem ? thanks
