Hi,
Thank you for contacting Xiaomi Customer Support. I am Ankita and sorry to know that you are getting slow WIFI download speed in your device.
I request you to follow the below-mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check whether the device is getting similar speed with any particular Wi-Fi Network or all the network
2. Check the Security password of respective Wi-Fi Router
3. Forget the Wi-Fi by long-pressing particular Wi-Fi and forget then check
4. Check with another Wi-Fi router also
5. Reset the Wi-Fi Modem then try
6. Check whether the other device can connect with the same router or not
7. Check the Wi-Fi routers encryption and change it to WPA2-PSK
8. Go to Setting>Wi-Fi>Advanced setting>Traffic mode, you can turn off Traffic mode.
(Note: The Regular mode will also restrict the background download, but the limitation is less, and the extreme mode will maximize the protection of the foreground application using the network, so the background download will be greatly affected. So the Regular mode influence is less than Extreme mode)
If the issue persists please follow the hardware test for Wi-Fi:
1. Go to dial pad then dial *#*#6484#*#*
