Nowadays there is new official seller in Turkey for Xiaomi brand, Evofone. Are they authorized or responsible with fixing the issue I faced?

I would like to inform you that we won't be able to assist in this regards as your device has been bricked. However, would request you kindly get in touch with the respective seller from where you purchased the device.
Xiaomi does not provide any warranty for the International purchase and the products which are purchased from the unauthorized seller.
