We received reports from the market that they were selling refurbished phones as new Xiaomi phones. To prevent fraud, you can check whether Xiaomi phones are new, refurbished or fake IMEs on Xiaomi's official website.
1. Make sure that the IMEI on the phone and the IMEI on the box match
(one). To find your IMEI, enter * # 06 # on the keypad.
(2nd). Go to Settings -> About phone -> Status to search your S / N.
If imei on the phone does not match the imei box, it should be a problem phone.
