Araçlar uygulamasında Kontrol et deyip temizlik yaptıysanız;
Ayarlar/ Telefon hakkında/ Miui sürümüne tıklayıp Geliştirici Seçeneklerini açınız. Geliştirici seçeneklerinden, USB Hata ayıklamayı Aktif hale getirin. Yoksa cihazınız Bootta kalır!

Sistem USB Hata bayıklamayı Sistem açığı olarak gördüğü için kapatıyor.

4 gb cihazlar için kayıt yeri SD karttır.
Cihazı 16 gb olanlar aşağıdaki fixi CWM'den sıfırlama yapmadan kurmalıdır.
