Hocalarım Xiaomi ye direkt durumu anlatan İngilizce bir mail attım ve ekran görüntülerini de ekledim. Adamlar mailime dönüş yaptılar. Mailin yapılabilecekler listesinin ilk başındaki şeyleri yaptım yine bir değişiklik olmadı. Diğer aşamaları yapıp bir de telefonun servislik olmasından korktuğum için uygulamadım. Adamların mailini aşağı kopyalıyorum.

I would request you to please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve your issue:
1. Go Settings and then to installed Apps
2. Go to All Apps and Select System Launcher
3. Tap on Clear Data
Then,
1. Go Settings and then to installedApps
2. Go to All Apps and Select a particular app
3. Tap on Clear Data
Also,
1. Go Settings and then to installed Apps
2. Go to All Apps and Select a particular app
3. Select app permission and enable all the permission.
If the issue persists, kindly follow the below mentioned steps.
Sign Out from your Mi Account : -
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Mi Account
3. Then confirm to Sign Out
Create a Backup : -
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Additional Settings
3. Select Backup and Reset
4. Select Local Backups
5. Select Backup
6. Select Accounts and Contacts & Deselect System
7. Then select Backup so that a backup would be created
For Finding Backup File:-
1. Go to Internal Storage
2. Select MIUI
3. Select Backup
4. Select All Backup
(Note:- Please save the backup file in your PC/ Laptop, so that your important data would be prevented)
Factory Data Reset:-
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Additional Settings
3. Select Backup and Reset
4. Tap on Factory Data Reset
MIUI Update:-
1. Update the latest MIUI version (Tools >> Updater >> Check for Updates)
OR
1. Go to the mentioned link:

2. Click on Downloads
3. Select your device
4. Select device name>Global (If you are using Chinese Version then would request you to select "China")
5. Select 'Download Full ROM'. (Stable ROM)
6. Now after downloading Zip file, copy this file in the internal storage of your device in a folder named downloaded_rom which exists in File Explorer (If the particular folder is not there in the internal storage of your device, then please create a new folder with the same name)
7. Then go to Settings> About phone> System update> Check for update
8. Tap on '...' icon at the top right side/ long press menu button
9. Choose the update package
10. Select the download package
11. Click on OK
Restoring Data:-
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Additional Settings
3. Select Backup and Reset
4. Select Local Backups
5. Select Backup File
6. Select Restore in order to complete this process
